Thanks so much for all of you who entered the giveaway. You were all full of amazing advice for weight loss and I have included a list of some of my favourites below:
- Track your food intake
- Everything in moderation
- Watch what you eat at night
- Eat 'clean' food - if it didn't grow like that, it shouldn't be on your plate!
- Look after yourself first, you deserve it
- Eat better, move more.
- Save sugar for special occasions.
- Drink lots of water
- Stop eating junk food!!!
- Detoxing kick starts the weightloss - like a 48hr detox (no longer or you'll get icky headaches!)
- Dress for exercise everyday when possible (ie. weekends, home days) - down to sports shoes. It makes you feel healthy & ready for any incremental exercise!
- Don't have any 'naughty' food in the house!
